Experience Points (XP)
What are they?
Experience Points (XP) are a fun way to track and reward your Seminary Experiences this semester! You can earn XP in several different ways (see below.) At the end of the semester, all students will have the opportunity to choose a unique prize! The student with the most XP will choose first, and so on.
How do you earn them?
– Attend class: 5 XP each day (2.5 XP for partial attendance (arrive late or leave early))
– Quick Questions (in-class questions and answers): Varies (this is the cash cow)
– Complete readings: 5 XP for each reading
– Book of Mormon Stories (the app or the website): Your score in the game divided by 10
– Doctrinal Mastery: Your score / 10
– Doctrinal Mastery 2: The number completed in under a minute (different difficulty levels count separately!)
– Doctrinal Mastery 3: Your score / 10
– Bring a friend to class: 10 XP each day (5 XP for a partial day)
– Say “hi” to me before/after sacrament meeting: 5 XP each week (make sure I mark it!)
– Bear a good testimony on Fast Sunday: 50 XP each month
– Bonus: Varies (basically, if you do something awesome)
